These Terms of Service for Guurgle Software, Site and Services constitute a legal agreement between you, individually, and Guurgle.com LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, and its suppliers and licensors (collectively “Guurgle”) with respect to (a) Guurgle’s iPhone application and Guurgle software as modified from time to time, (b) use of the www.Guurgle.com web site in its totality, and (c) all services provided to you directly or indirectly by Guurgle through the site (collectively, “Guurgle.com”) and any services offered through third parties integrating Guurgle functionality. By clicking on the “Accept” button or otherwise using the Software, the Site and/or the Services (the “Guurgle Offerings”), you agree to be bound by the terms of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms of service, do not click on the “Accept” button and do not use the Guurgle Offerings.
